Delivery in Italy takes place by express courier and delivery times vary depending on the destination and depending on the type of products ordered.
Standard delivery by express courier
In Italy, all orders are entrusted to the BRT express courier or to the One Express pallet courier depending on the type of product ordered.
Delivery always means at street level.
The couriers make deliveries on weekdays, from Monday to Friday approximately from 08.30 to 18.00.
Given the substantial volume and weight of the items delivered with the couriers of the One Express circuit, this courier always contacts the customer by telephone to inform him about the expected day of delivery and to make arrangements on the time.
The BRT courier makes a first delivery without notice and, in the event that the customer is absent, leaves a notice of passage with a special slip left on the bell or in the letter box.
Delivery is retried on the next business day.
In the event that the customer is again absent, the customer is contacted for the third attempt.
If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier will return the goods to our warehouses.
In this case the order is canceled and the subsequent refund is made according to the payment method used at the time of the order, deducting the transport costs (round trip)
Delivery by appointment
The delivery of fragile material (pallet courier of the One Express circuit) is always carried out by appointment with the customer.
In case you need to make an appointment for the delivery of even non-fragile material (BRT courier) you can contact our customer service at shipments@acquaclick.com so that colleagues can interface with the courier and check the feasibility of the service. and any costs.

Delivery to the floor with porterage
It is possible to receive a personalized quote for the delivery of your order to the floor.
