For information about your order, access your account from the Login page.
Within the "Order history and details" section you will find the history of all the orders you have placed on our site since you created an account.
On the right, for each order, by clicking on "Details" you can view the details of your order, follow the status, review the list of products and get information relating to shipping.
Track your order
If you want to track the status of your shipment, you can find the tracking information directly within your account.
1 - log into your account
2 - go to the "Order history and details" section
3 - locate the order you are interested in monitoring and click on the right on "Details"
When your order is ready for shipment, it will be entrusted to the courier and you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email.
You will then receive the tracking via email (One express courier) or via SMS (Bartolini courier).
Bartolini courier tracking will also be available within your account.
In the event that the tracking code is not present or it has not arrived by email, you can request it from our delivery office via email to deliveries@acquaclick.com
Orders awaiting replenishment from the manufacturer
If you have ordered products that are not ready for delivery, you can still monitor the progress of your order and the expected delivery date from your account.
Orders to the supplier are forwarded within 2 (working) days from receipt of payment.
The delivery dates are communicated to us by the manufacturer in the order confirmations and the sending of this information by the manufacturer can take up to 7 working days.
1- Log in to your account in the "Order history and details" section
2- locate the order you are interested in and click on "Details" on the right
3- scroll down, after the order summary, to the MESSAGES section
4- if the delivery date has already been communicated by the manufacturer, you will find a message indicating the date and the courier:
The delivery date indicated is the date on which we expect the goods to be ready in our warehouse and will be entrusted to the courier.
In the event of a change in delivery times, Acquaclick will inform you about the new date of the expected assignment to the courier.
ATTENTION: the delivery times of the goods that we do not have in stock are indicated to us by the manufacturers and may undergo variations as they depend on the production plans and the availability of the products at the supplier.
