Shipping Times
The shipping times of orders vary according to the availability of the ordered goods: the availability of the material is clearly indicated in each product sheet (there is the indication "Available immediately" or "To be ordered from the supplier").
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on the availability of the products in our central warehouse or in secondary warehouses.
- Products available in stock: they are marked with the words "Available immediately" in the product sheet.
Acquaclick has a central warehouse and several secondary warehouses that supply the central warehouse from which deliveries start on a weekly basis.
The order of goods available in stock is prepared for shipment on the same working day in which the order is paid if placed in the morning, the next working day if it is placed in the afternoon or in the evening.
The order is entrusted to the courier within 2 days (working) from receipt of payment. The delivery time by the courier then depends on the final destination of the order.
- Products NOT available in stock: products marked as "To be ordered from the supplier" are not currently in stock and delivery times vary according to the supplier and the type of products ordered.
Upon receipt of payment for the order, the products are ordered from the supplier and delivery times depend on availability in their warehouses or their production plans.
Delivery times can be requested by writing to shipments@acquaclick.com and the delivery dates confirmed by the manufacturer following our order will be indicated.
When the material is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment from our systems and subsequently tracking via SMS or email.
Some useful information
- an order is taken over and processed only after the payment has been credited
- all orders are shipped in a single solution when all the goods are in stock: in the case of orders containing some products in stock and other products to be ordered, it is necessary to wait for the delivery times from the supplier of the latter
- fragile products or products that require special packaging, may require a longer time for preparation (for example sanitary ware, bathtubs, shower cubicles, radiators, etc.)

Acquaclick is in no way responsible for changes in delivery times due to delays by the courier and will not be liable for any damage caused.
