FAQ: To interact with Acquaclick quickly and easily
1. Are the items original and first choice?
Yes, all the articles on the site are produced by the indicated suppliers and are therefore original.

2. What guarantee do the purchased items have?
The items purchased have a legal guarantee of 2 years from the delivery of the goods. Any warranty extensions are at the discretion of the manufacturer and the modules necessary for activation are included in the packaging of the items.


3. How can I pay?
Our payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or financing. We DO NOT handle payment on delivery.


4. How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the items placed in the cart and the delivery location. To find out about them, just complete the cart and indicate the delivery postcode: the site calculates the shipping costs automatically.
For orders over € 299 shipping costs are free.


5. When will my order be shipped?
The items available in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of order payment (orders arriving after 5.00 pm are considered to have been received the next day).
The availability of the articles is specified on the page of each article.

Items that are NOT available in stock for immediate delivery will be shipped as soon as they are received by the manufacturer.

6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery means street level. If you need it to be delivered to the floor, you must communicate it in the order notes or by writing to ordini@acquaclick.com: the cost of the special delivery will be quoted.


7. Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible to return an order (or just some pieces). The return must be requested within 14 working days of receipt and the item / items must be in their original packaging and NOT installed.
The return request can be made using the appropriate form or by writing to reso@acquaclick.com


8. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you must fill out the return form or contact us by email at reso@acquaclick.com explaining the defect found and attaching the images that clearly show the defect described.
If you don't get an immediate response, don't panic! The Returns office has 2 days to respond: in this time frame it examines your report and begins all the necessary steps to help you as effectively as possible.
