Request an invoice
If you entered your tax code or VAT number at the time of registration, the paper invoice will be automatically sent to you along with the goods.
The invoice is placed inside a transparent plastic bag that is affixed to the outside of the package or pallet.
In case you do not find the invoice at the time of delivery or in any case if you need a copy by email, you can request it from our customer service by writing to info@acquaclick.com
If you have placed an order on behalf of a company and, during registration, you have indicated the SDI code or the certified e-mail code required for electronic invoicing, the invoice will be sent directly to your tax drawer at the end of the month.
Orders with payment for tax deduction
You can pay by speaking bank transfer to take advantage of the personal income tax deductions by indicating the Acquaclick order number, which will be shown on the invoice.
However, if you need to receive the invoice via email to make the payment or, in any case, before receiving the goods at home, you can send your request via email by writing to info@acquaclick.com
