Refund procedure
From the moment the goods have reached our fulfillment center, the refund is made in 7-10 working days.
If the return is made with a traceable courier, you can monitor the status of the shipment directly online with the courier and, in any case, you will be sent an email notification following the goods check upon return.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used when placing the order.


Refund by bank transfer
The refund transfer is made to the same current account used for the order.
The customer is required to provide us with the coordinates in order to proceed with the transfer:
- IBAN
- current account holder
- Bank support
- BIC / SWIFT for foreign clients)

We remind you that, if the order has been paid by bank transfer for tax deduction, the bank withholding tax equal to 8% of the total will not be refunded.


Refund on credit card
The refund will be made on the same credit card with which the order was placed. Normally the repayment time is 2 working days from the moment of confirmation.
For more information about the re-credit times, it is necessary to contact the reference bank.

Refund on Paypal
Also in this case, the reimbursement payment takes place on Paypal. The reimbursement is practically automatic and an e-mail will also be sent confirming the operation by paypal.
