You have canceled your order and are awaiting a refund
If for any reason you have canceled your order, our accounting will issue a refund. The same payment method you used to pay for your order will be used.


Refund for orders paid by credit card
If you paid for your order by credit card, we will refund the amount paid through the platform we use to manage online payments. You will have full availability of the amount paid on the basis of the timing necessary for your bank.

Refund for orders paid by prepaid card
If you paid for your order with a prepaid card, we will refund the amount paid through the platform we use to manage online payments. You will have full availability of the amount paid on the basis of the timing necessary for the manager of your prepaid card.

Refund for orders paid by bank transfer
If you have paid for your order by bank transfer, we will refund the amount paid by another bank transfer. The credit transfer times depend on the timing of the banks and vary from 2 to 4 days.
