Right of withdrawal
The customer who makes a purchase on Acquaclick has the right to withdraw from the purchase order for any reason without giving explanations as established by Legislative Decree 206/2005, of the European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree n. 21 of 21 February 2014.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 DAYS of receipt of the goods by communicating via email to reso@acquaclick.com the intention to make the return.
The goods must be returned intact, undamaged, unused and complete in all its parts including the original packaging.
In which cases the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
- if the products have been used
- if the products have been installed or tested
- for products made to order and for all products NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK specifically ordered from the supplier
- if the products are not returned in the original packaging and complete with all the elements present in the original packaging
- for customized or customized products
Method of withdrawal
The customer must send the request to withdraw from the purchase by email to reso@acquaclick.com or by filling out the return form within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The request must include:
- order number
- name of the customer
- code of the product to be returned
- photographs of the product which also highlights the product code (if present on the packaging)
As soon as the customer service receives the return request, it will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods via email.
The goods must be carefully packed to avoid transport damage and repackaged in the original supplier box. It is possible to independently choose the courier with which to ship.
We recommend that you insure the shipment, especially for fragile goods.
The shipping costs of the return are charged to the customer, who is responsible for the products during shipment (with the exception of course for returns due to damage to the products).
The product must be sent to Acquaclick within 14 days from the acceptance of the withdrawal request.

Refund procedure
When the material is returned to our warehouses, Acquaclick will check the goods by checking their integrity and the presence of all components.
Acquaclick will refund the payment received by the customer within 14 days from the day on which the products subject to withdrawal were delivered, with the exception of shipping costs.
In the event of a purchase for renovation with a speaking transfer, the amount of the bank withholding tax equal to 8% of the total will be retained.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer when ordering.
To verify that the products are suitable for the intended use, the customer must only handle and inspect the goods in the same way as it would be allowed in a physical store: the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from incorrect handling.
In the event that the returned goods are delivered damaged in our warehouses (transport damage), Acquaclick will promptly communicate the incident to the customer with a lot of photographic documentation in order to allow the customer to make a claim against the courier to whom it is been entrusted with the shipment.
