Delivery errors
Delivery errors may occur: the customer is required to check the goods upon delivery by the courier, checking the number of packages received and the product codes

Number of products less than ordered
If the number of products received is less than the number of products ordered, unless partial delivery has been requested, send an email to deliveries@acquaclick.com
Our shipping office will verify what happened and give a reply via email to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Unordered goods
In the event that unsorted goods have been delivered by mistake, we ask you to send your report with photos of the product received (including a photo of the item code if present on the box) to deliveries@acquaclick.com
Colleagues will book collection of the wrong goods with the courier and check the delivery status of the correct order

Wrong shipping address
If the order has been delivered to an incorrect address (for example to the billing address or to an address used in a previous order) do not accept the goods from the courier and send your report via email to deliveries@acquaclick.com
The colleagues in the delivery office will contact the courier and redirect the order to the correct address as quickly as possible.
