Packaging for Acquaclick orders
Both in the case of fragile material (shipped on pallets) and in the case of boxes containing non-fragile material, Acquaclick does NOT charge any packaging costs to the end customer.
Types of packaging
All the products sold by Acquaclick are carefully packed by the employees of our logistics center: all the original packaging of the suppliers are protected with filling material or wrapped in bubble wrap or other protective material.
All small packages are covered with waterproof black protective film to protect the box from the elements.
The fragile material (sanitary ware, shower cubicles, ceramic shower trays, etc ...) is ALWAYS shipped on pallets in order to guarantee the safety of the products during transport.
Products on pallets are also protected with bubble wrap or other shockproof material inside the supplier's box or around the product if the box is not present.
All pallets are then protected by transparent waterproof film to protect the products from bad weather.
In the case of products shipped on a pallet, transparent film is used so that the user can immediately check the integrity of the products on the pallet.
All products sold by Acquaclick are shipped inside the supplier's box or with other suitably prepared packaging and are closed with Acquaclick personalized tape.
