It is important to underline that the electric boiler IS NOT a heat pump: the operation and heat production are very different from each other.

For example: the electric boiler consumes 1 kW of electricity to produce 1 kW of heat. The heat pump, on the other hand, with 1 kW of electricity, generates from 3 to 4 kW of heat.

This simple comparison highlights how the heat pump is more efficient than the electric boiler, especially for heating medium-large rooms.
