Cleaning the boiler
In technical jargon, ordinary boiler maintenance is called "cleaning" and must be carried out every year using the expertise of the technical assistance center of the boiler brand.
This operation carried out by competent technicians guarantees the maintenance of the boiler's warranty and above all that essential parts of the product are handled by trained personnel to manage that specific type of boiler.

Smoke control
In Italy, there is a regulation that determines how often the smoke control must be carried out. The fume control is used to keep the exchanger clean, which is that part of the boiler that is responsible for expelling the exhaust fumes generated by combustion. It is important that it is always very clean and in perfect working order also for the energy efficiency of the boiler.
The smoke check must be done every year for boilers with a nominal power greater than 100kW and every two years for all other boilers.
