The mood of the Nordic style, also known as the Scandinavian style, is made of warm materials and enveloping lines to counteract the cold and "edgy" climate found outside the home. Whether it's a bathroom or the whole house, if you want to furnish in a Nordic style, here are the 3 things that absolutely must not be missing:

• soft colors or pastel shades to facilitate the brightness of the rooms

And who better than the Danish designer Cecilie Manz could fully interpret this style?
Cecilie Manz has designed an entire bathroom furniture line inspired by the Nordic style for Duravit. We are talking about Duravit Luv which, thanks to its completeness, allows you to create the complete look of your bathroom.

The queen of the environment is undoubtedly the Duravit Luv freestanding bathtub.
It is characterized by a very thin edge and a very spacious interior, made even more comfortable by the standard equipment of two reclined backrests. It is soft to the touch because it is made of DuraSolid, a mineral-based material that allows you to obtain unique shapes. The surface is opaque and velvety to the touch, thus leaving a pleasant feeling of biting.



And if we talk about the Luv bathtub, we can only continue with the oval support basins that recall the shape of the bathtub in all respects. The basins are available with and without rims for the taps, thus allowing a freer choice on the type of taps to be installed (single-hole mixer for the basin with rim, high mixer or wall-mounted mixer for the rimless basin). The Duravit Luv washbasins are available, in addition to the matt white external finish, also in the glossy white, gray or sand finishes.

Furniture completes the collection dedicated to the Scandinavian style.
Duravit Luv furniture is a real treat for the eyes: they have rounded and thin edges and give an elegant and refined shape. The colors are carefully studied to be in line with the mood of the style, even if a dark color is introduced: midnight blue.
The tops for the furniture are in recomposed quartz or solid American walnut and match perfectly with all the colors of the bases.
The drawers have no handles and are very capacious: they open with the tip-on mechanism and close with a light push.

Marazzi wood-effect stoneware

To complete this furniture we have chosen to install Marazzi wood-effect stoneware and specifically the Treverkchic collection. Treverchic is a wood effect collection that brings all the colors and the atmosphere of nature within the walls of the house. Specifically, we chose the 20x120 strip tile, in Italian walnut color, matt finish.

Marazzi Treverkchic tiles are non-slip and resistant to deep abrasion.
